    • You have a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Design, Economics, Computer Science, Cognitive Science, Psychology, Information Science, or any other related field. A working experience of the equivalent is also acceptable for the position
    • You have at least 2 years of work experience in statistical analysis, qualitative analysis, quantitative analysis, product usability moderating, experimental design, and test method selection, and conducting interviews
    • You have successfully integrated consumer research into a business s product design practice and have coached others through research techniques
    • You have experience in product usability testing tools, such UserTesting.com, Optimal Sort, dScout, InVision and various other tools
    • You must display strong comprehension of the strengths and limitations of different research methods, including when and how to apply each in product/market/consumer analyses
    • You must possess excellent communication skills and be able to relay these research methodology concepts and findings to product teams in a clear, simple, and relatable manner
    • You must have experience developing actionable research plans to address product questions and hypotheses.
    • You are a relentless customer advocate
    • You are experienced in working in an Agile/Scrum development process
    • You are able to work in a fast-paced, fluid environment with limited supervision
    • You possess strong organizational skills
    • You are proficient in Sketch


    • Assume responsibility for facilitating engagement with and collaboration across multiple teams
    • Bring creative participant recruiting strategies to a sometimes saturated and challenging user base
    • Plan and conduct research at every level of the product life cycle from conceptualization to prototype validations and usability tests
    • Evangelize customer and product research as a concept and help move forward our goals of being a customer-centered culture
    • Coordinate research logistics, including screeners, recruitment, and client correspondence
    • Collaborate with product management and design on scripts and research plans
    • Synthesize and communicate insights and recommendations in an engaging and actionable manner to a variety of internal and external stakeholders to help determine next steps
    • Create long-term research plan by coordinating with cross-functional teams
    • Develop system for capturing and sharing product research
