Key Tasks This role is focused on the device management experience Help drive reporting, understand what the purpose is, how it will be used and delivered High level overview page, dashboard experiences, under devices but with landing page (user interface, these are insights, recommendations, alerts, experience) customized to the customer Initially going to be building on the reporting framework, building new reports, device or app management, core set of building blocks created Need some design thinking to see how they connect, enable workflows, create workflows, interaction of building the page and what is needed to complete the action for the purpose Currently the PM team drives reporting and there is a designer assigned for the reports, however, this role will be working across the larger team to gather the asks and requirements Expand interaction, more than just wire frames Key contributor to building interactive experiences that are simple and intuitive within a complex environment Designs user interfaces for web, software, andor hardware products Design and implement prototypes, mock-ups, task analysis, usability studies, personas, user flows, wireframes, style guides, navigational structures, and affinity diagrams Generates design ideas presents and sells designs to product group REQUIREMENTS Degree UX, Usability, Interaction Design 3-5 years of work-related experience required UX designer, interaction designer Worked in FIGMA (nice to have), other design tools, pixel perfect design Someone mid-level, seasoned enough can work with different stakeholders, understands design Experience working on projects that required Data Viz (design and information) Visual reporting scenarios Design Skills Strong knowledge of user interface and functionality design required Equally comfortable with complex systems and design details Experience with UX for the cloud andor experience with enterprise software products, channels, or marketplaces Understands customer needs and motivations and integrates them into product design to contribute to user features and functionality Familiar with industry standards and trends Personal Skills Committed, confident, optimistic Easily identifies opportunities within ambiguity Relentless and tenacious drive for excellence Strong independent thinker as well as group collaborator Willing to share insights as well as listen to other POVs Strong verbal and presentation skills Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, and InDesign Ideal Proficiency with FIGMA AzureIbiza Framework Any productivity projects Ideal Azure design team Enterprise or business or productivity applications Kforce is an Equal OpportunityAffirmative Action Employer.
